During a Typical session I do a combination of Deep tissue/ Neuromuscular therapy and shiatsu pressure point work plus Swedish to warm up and relax the muscles and stretching exercises,and chinese cupping to lift the facia covering the muscles and also(hot stones during 90 and 120 minute sessions) plus Reflexology on hands and feet and scalp and facial massage and cranio-sacral therapy on most longer sessions.  I use Soothing touch Lavender massage lotion and cream and several Biotone products .I include aromatherapy in all massages unless you have allergies to essential oils and Miracle2 mineralizing gel for Facials . If you have allergies then I use hypoallergenic Biotone lotion instead.
